Peter Willis, Founder and CEO of The Willis Organization, is dedicated to empowering business leaders and teams with actionable growth strategies drawn from his rich corporate and entrepreneurial background.
His leadership passion stems from roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lanier (Ricoh USA)—where he tripled sales in under two years—and Xerox, leading business development, operations, and sales/marketing. He also founded two successful ventures in sports/leisure retail and hospitality before launching The Willis Organization.
